Meet Your Coach
Cheyenne Laywell
ADHD Coach & Neurodiversity Advocate
The Destination is nice, but I'm all about the Journey
My passion for supporting others with ADHD ignited after my own diagnosis at the age of 34. The moment I received my diagnosis I was off learning anything and everything I could about ADHD. The relief I felt when I learned more was immense, my whole life suddenly just made sense. But after transforming the way I saw myself and making strides on my own journey, I felt called to help others with very similar stories.

That's when I began studies at the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) where I am working towards certification and why I've become an ICF Member (International Coaching Federation). Through learning how to better advocate for people with ADHD, and meeting other coaches and hearing their stories, I have gained a newfound respect and perspective for our community. My goal is to support others in finding their strengths and finding what makes them come alive, because supporting others is what makes me come alive.

Aside from my profession, in my personal time I enjoy camping with my son and our dog, especially in Arkansas. It's just such a lovely state! On my own I love to knit and crochet, and have a passion for reading, sci-fi/fantasy being my favorite genre. I can talk for hours about my favorite book series. I also love to cook and try new recipes, though my ADHD makes it hard not to change something about it. The food usually ends up tasty (just don't ask about the ones I have to throw out).
